Located at the edge of Bwindi National Park, Byumba is liked by a lot of fauna in this forest being in a low tourism zone the people living here are under privileged thus suffer due to lack of Basic needs icluding food, shelter, medical care, education, clothes and even affected by the Human Wildlife Conflict (HWC).
